Ars Technica has a great write up on the new Hulu Desktop beta application. I have often used the web site to catch a show that I missed during the week. And while I certainly appreciated the site, I often found that i was frustrated with the interface at times. The Desktop App resolves many of the issues I have had, and offers more potential ways to sort and figure out what you are interested in quickly.
