Battery Powered cars currently get 300 miles per charge. Now how about 3000 miles per charge?

230 MPG Chevy Volt – Reality?

The media is so fun to watch today.  GM announced that the Chevy Volt is capable of 230 MPG using the new EPA methodology for plug-in vehicles.  The Volt when fully powered up is capable of approximately 40 miles on the fully charged batteries installed in the vehicle before falling back on the gasoline engine.   [...] Read more »
